New Home - After Built Inspection

Even if you are having a new home built from the ground up, it’s still imperative to have it inspected before you move in.  While newly constructed homes can seem to be a safe investment, they are rarely free of deficiencies. We recommend evaluating the condition of these properties before they are purchased or before moving in. Scheduling a New Construction Inspection, before the final walk-through with the builder, will allow us to spot any issues caused by poor quality materials or negligent workmanship so that they can be corrected before they grow into larger problems.

In Addition, we recommend testing for RADON levels before moving into a new build home. This will provide you with a base line for future evaluation and to ensure you are moving into a home with acceptable Radon level.
